Simplified “30” day Food Consumption Program (update)

2 interesting things to note today about this “program”

  1. The man I first wrote this for has now lost 36+ kilos or about 80 pounds. (And many other amazing things as well)
  2. Another man has come to me today and asked how.  I told him, simply follow the plan.
