Veggie Fry

In a medium sauce pan combine

1/2 sliced and quartered yellow squash 

1/2 cup fresh chopped white onion

Diced tofu

4 sliced crimini mushrooms

sliced fresh or frozen colored sweet peppers

1 tablespoon garlic infused olive oil

2 tablespoons avocado oil

cook on medium high until browned.  Season with wicked good salt, montreal steak seasoning and crushed red pepper flakes
