- Vegan GF frozen pizza dough allow to thaw and then…
- Olive Oil (spray or oil)
- GF flour
- Vegan Cheese
- Dry Italian spices
- Dry Oregano
- Garlic Powder
- Red Pepper
- Toppings, any or all of this list:
- Fresh chopped red tomatoes
- sliced black and or green olives
- fresh bell pepper slices
- artichoke
- diced green peppers from the can
Use a large cast iron pan or pizza pan. Using a rolling pin, sprinkle some GF flour on the pin and roll out a the thawed, round pizza shell If desired, use baking paper to line. Liberally apply the oil and the toppings. Top with spice list and cheese. Bake in a pizza oven, or a Traeger on 450 for 22 minutes. Before cutting and serving, put in a broiler for 2 minutes on high. Cut in wedges and serve.
