- Your favorite pasta. Cook as above and drain well.
- Jar of white sauce from your market. There are ways to make this easily enough, but I am not bothered to use what comes from the jar. You should always spend a little extra and buy the organic variety.
- I like it cheesy. So, chop up some provolone or mozzarella cheese.
- White wine
- Cayenne pepper – small amount to taste
I do not understand why some people cook such small portions of pasta. It is so inexpensive that it makes no sense to me not to cook a whole package. I mean, you have the pan out and the water boiling. Cook it up. If there are more than 4 people, cook two packs, just to be safe.
Combine all ingredients in a ceramic skillet and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
