Sometimes, you absolutely want something sweet to eat and really know that you should avoid ice cream. This recipe will work and you don’t get all the bad side effects.
- Full Fat Yogurt – 1 pint
- Honey – 1 Tablespoon
- Ground cinnamon – 1/4 teaspoon
- Ginger, fresh finely chopped – 1/2 teaspoon
- Banana – 1 chopped small (or try berries)
Combine all ingredients minus banana and mix with a spoon until smooth. Add bananas. Serve. If you don’t have ginger or fruit, serve without them.
