Salmon Steak with rice

Use about 4 ounces of fresh filet boneless salmon. Dip in olive oil, lay on a bed of organic cooked brown or white rice. Then heavily sprinkle blackened seafood magic over the top of the salmon, and for decoration, add one whole hot pepper from your garden. Bake 30 minutes (until well done) covered in a glass baking dish at 350 degrees. Uncover for 5 minutes in oven. Serve with fresh arugula salad.
