- Frozen banana’s 2 peeled
- Fresh berries. Strawberry, blueberry or similar. Whatever you can find. 1 pint.
- orange juice – 12 ounces
- ice cubes 6-8
- optional yogurt. 8 ounces
- optional high quality protein powder as directed on the label
Blend all items together in a blender until chunky-smooth. Serves 2.
