Fruit Smoothie

  • Frozen banana’s 2  peeled
  • Fresh berries.  Strawberry, blueberry or similar.  Whatever you can find.  1 pint.
  • orange juice – 12 ounces
  • ice cubes 6-8
  • optional yogurt.  8 ounces
  • optional high quality protein powder  as directed on the label

Blend all items together in a blender until chunky-smooth. Serves 2.
