Green Smoothie with fruit

  • Green Macintosh apple – 1.  Cubed about 1 inch squares.  Don’t worry about the shape.
  • Banana fresh – 2.
  • Green veggie powdered protein.
  • ice cubes 6-8. (optional)
  • Filtered water or juice 12 ounces.

Blend all items together in a blender until chunky-smooth.  Serves 1-2  If fresh banana is not available, use one of your frozen for this drink.
