- Brown organic free range eggs – 2 per person
- Olive oil
- White cheese – 1 slice per dish
- Sea Salt & Cayenne pepper to taste
- optional – bacon, ham, onion, fresh tomato, cilantro
Open eggs carefully, so as not to break the yoke (they are still good if you do) and put them in olive oil oven single serve baking dishes. Layer optional items and top with cheese and spices. Bake in toaster or full size oven for 12 minutes at 375°.
