Fried Eggs

  • Fresh organic eggs – 2+

The incredible thing about eggs is how much diversity you can achieve depending on the method of cooking.  Scrambled, basted, poached, omelet, fried.  It changes depending on cooking times, turning, stirring and even cooking utensil.  A cast iron black “seasoned” skillet will taste dramatically different than a non cast iron.  The type of oil, grease or butter will change things.  Of course, you can always get what you want if you do it yourself at home or a camp site.

Break eggs into a bowl.  When you feel sufficiently experienced, consider breaking them one handed. With a flourish.  Of course, make sure someone is watching.
