Scrambled eggs

  • Fresh organic eggs – 2+

Break the eggs in a small bowl.  The nice thing about using a bowl is it is much easier to get any shell out that might have gone in with the eggs.  Beat with a fork.  Pour into a frying pan and stir until done.  For a change of texture,  pour unbeaten egg in the pan, allow to cook for 20 or so seconds and then slightly stir the egg a little at a time until cooked.  There is no need to add anything, except salt and pepper.  I see some people use water or milk.  I just use eggs.

Serve with your favorite sides.
