- Black eyed peas – 1 Can
- White Beans – 1 can
- Onion – 1/2 chopped
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Lemon 1/4 juiced
- Parsley top – 1 bunch finely chopped. (avoid using the stems).
- Sea Salt, black pepper and cayenne to taste
Drain the peas, beans and add all ingredients. Served chilled. You can make the peas and beans from dried and this is excellent. Or as in this recipe.
