Cooked Rice

  • Brown long grain rice.  (Avoid white rice – bleached,  or so called instant rice.  There are no nutritional benefits to this non food).
  • Water
  • Sea Salt

Simply boil water with sea salt.  Ratio is 2 cups water per 1 cup rice.  Add the rice and immediately turn the heat down to simmer.  Cover and when the rice absorbs the water, the rice is done.
