Spanish Rice

  • Cooked rice – 2 cups
  • Meat sauce recipe 4 cups
  • Chili powder – to taste
  • Cumin – 1 teaspoon

Stir together.  Let simmer on low heat.  If it gets dry, add some water.  Sparingly.  Earlier, I said that aging as a left over improves some things.  This is one of them.  However, it will get hotter the next day if you add chili powder the way you like it the first time.
