Herbed Biscuits

Simply review the earlier version of biscuits, but add the following:

  1. 1/2 tsp rosemary
  2. 1/2 tsp yeast
  3. 2-3 tbsp sliced, pitted olives – green or black
  4. 1 tsp tomato pesto
  5. 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

It is easier to keep whole butter Ghee than butter, so I substitute ghee for the butter.  Also, I prefer to use whole eggs as I never understood the benefits of egg whites.  I beat 3 whole eggs and add them while mixing the dry ingredients with a hand mixer.  (If you prefer no egg yolks, then stick with the 4 egg whites mixture).

There are virtually no carbs in this recipe and no harmful wheat.  You will be amazed at how great these taste and best of all, it is healthy.
