Coffee Banana Cocoa Milk Shake

I “spilled the beans” already in the title. Oh well. Here is the process:

  • 1/2 cup strong coffee. I prefer Colombian, or any dark roast
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 heaping tablespoon cocoa
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1/2 package stevia
  • 1 tablespoon full fat cream

Combine ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into frozen mug and enjoy.

Popsicle Alternative:

Blend ingredients as before but without ice, pour into “Some Men Can Cook” Popsicle molds, freeze (at least 4-5 hours)  and enjoy whenever!
