After making your salad, top with:
- Your favorite orange – I prefer either Navel or Valencia, but usually get the one more in season. This usually is a better price,
Cut orange in 1/8ths, then cut the meat out of the sections, adding to the salad. For each person, I recommend 1/4 to half the orange. Squeeze the rinds over the salad, add olive oil and enjoy.
