
Salad makings:
- Arugula
- Romaine
- Banana
- Navel Orange
- Green Apple
- Green Grapes
- Tomato
- Cucumber
- Double Cream Cheese
- mayonnaise
- olive oil
Mix and enjoy. I eat salad almost exclusively for lunch each day. They are good for you, inexpensive and since they are raw, have good enzymes still available. Since I never ever eat wheat of any kind and try and limit non productive carb offerings, I find this meal to be perfect for at least 5-6 hours without getting hungry.
