These are incredible and incredibly easy to make.
Ingredients:
- 1 banana (frozen or fresh – I prefer frozen. It is a great way to use dark banana’s.)
- 1/2 cup cream or half & half
- 1 cup cold coffee
- 2 tbsp pure cocoa
- 1 – 2 teaspoons fresh chopped ginger
- 1/2 package stevia sweetener
- dash cinnamon
- dash cayenne
Blend all ingredients in your blender or processor. Pour into Popze IcePopIt molds. Freeze for about 4 hours.
