Cocoa Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies- no cooking, wheat free, gluten free


  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/2 cup ground coconut
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • chocolate chips

Combine all, expect the chocolate chips.  Mix well with fork or mixer.  (be careful that you not eat all the chocolate chips while you are making the cookies).

Form cookies and press flat on baking paper, cookie sheet pan.  Add on chocolate chip on top for decoration.  Put in freezer for about 15 minutes to harden.  If you have any left overs, (unlikely), store them in a closed refrigerator dish in the fridge.
