Mango Smoothie and Popze Treat


  • 1 mango
  • 1 large banana
  • 6 oz whole fat greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup orange or grapefruit juice
  • healthy dash of cayenne

Remove pulp of the mango.  Combine all ingredients in a blender.  Blend until smooth.  Pour into the Popze IcePopIt and freeze for 2-3 hours.  Or, drink immediately from a frozen mug.
